"I contacted Rob, following a recommendation from a friend, as my old PC was not working at all following a thunder storm. The PC had previously been running very slowly for a while and I kept getting high memory usage messages. 
Rob came to the house and performed a diagnostic test on the PC in situ. He then advised that he would need to take the PC tower away as it appeared that the motherboard had failed. He said he would contact me the next day to discuss my options. He kept his promise and called the next day to explain my options. I made the decision to go with a complete new PC replacement. This was then built by Rob and installed by him one week later. I now have a much faster PC which has been set up for me. Rob also retrieved all of my previous files. 
I rate Rob's service very highly and it is especially good for someone like me who uses a PC, but doesn't have the knowledge, or the patience, to set it up by themself. 
I would thoroughly recommend Rob's service to anyone who is looking for a personal service from a person who knows what he is doing and is able to explain in plain English to non techies like myself.  "
