within 60 minutes of being on site with you (and the problem isn’t resolved) we will then provide you with a
fixed maximum charge (a maximum cost
for the job) for resolving the issue. If you bring your PC or Device to us or we pickup, we will run a diagnostics (usually charged at £42.00 but this is only chargeable if you don't go ahead with the repair) - we then provide a fixed price for the repair should you decide to proceed. This is usually the much cheaper repair option, compared to an on site visit. To make it easier for you, we currently offer a FREE pickup and return service for any customer within 7 miles of Bristol, Bath or Weston-super-Mare city centres*. For one-2-one training in your own home we charge £59 for the first hour and £42 each subsequent hour. Note: For customers outside of the 7 mile city centre radius areas we charge an extra £1.66 / mile travelled outside of these zones - to cover time and travelling expenses.
