If we can't, then we are usually able to make a home visit very quickly - quite often the same day !
We keep the data which you provide to us (on Equipment Receipt Form, verbally, by text or email) securely on our internal database system for future work we may undertake for you and securely shred all paper entries once data is transferred to the database.
We do not sell on or provide that information to any other business or third party (unless instructed directly under English Law). That information held by us is only accessed by Mr.PC employees - and only when working on your specific job.
Should we need to back up or clone your equipments data (specifically as part of a job for you) we will firstly advise you of this and seek your consent by text or email and then following the job's completion, we will securely erase your equipments data from our own data storage system within 14-28 days of you receiving back the equipment (the delay is to allow you time to check the data integrity of your repaired / transferred equipment before we permanently destroy the copied data).
